Not content with making presentations to Royalty in Asia, we then had to jet off to Dubai to collect our ‘Customer Delight Award’ at the Middle East, North Africa & Asia (MENAA) Awards ceremony.
Held in the world-famous, 7 star Burj-Al Arab Hotel in Dubai, the awards ceremony was a glitzy affair to honour outstanding performance in Leadership and Customer Delight across a wide range of industries.
As winners of the Customer Delight Award, Chartam Education was recognised as having gone beyond “The Customer Satisfaction” through our residential education programmes, in which we receive consistently high satisfaction rates from both students and Group Leaders.
